
I often wonder what magic formula is applied to the choice of businesspartners.
I often wonder what magic formula is applied to the choice of #businesspartners. What secret algorithm is put in place, when, to further the organisation’s goals, an alliance is formed. Does power seek power? Do #entrepreneurs opt for their likeminded counterparts or astonishingly choose the most traditional, hierarchical, old-school shops, when solving a business problem? Why is it, that sometimes we proclaim #entrepreneurial, cool, casual, #selfmade success, but in times of fast growth and overwhelming expansion, we choose to hold the hand of an established, retro, slow-paced partner/ #vendor? And is their #solidarity between entrepreneurs, or is the business world run by competition and subject to fear? What about #compatibility of business values and goals- is it not important? Sure, we could say a #startup business needs to complement its shortcomings. Fast growth needs the gentle comfort of a designer suit and the plush decors of the Kafkaesque director’s corner office. Or does it? And what about caring most? What happens if you care most? And what if you choose those who care most instead of surrendering to your fear? Lots of questions😁
